Top 10 Reasons why America sucks!...  Yes, it's that time of year where everyone is gearing up to "stimulate the Economy" by spending money they don't have on traditions they bearly believe in. It's fascinating, people spend money they don't have to buy things they don't need to impress people they don't like. With that being said, here is the Top 10 reasons why the World doesn't like America... And it's not because they are "jealous of our freedom" neither... 1. Our Products stink. Everything is made to be broken. Nothing is "built-to-last" anymore. People say "buy American" or that something is "Made in America", but guess what, it doesn't matter! The majority of our products that we use are produced overseas. They use our stuff, we use theirs. THAT'S HOW CAPITALISM WORKS! Products are substandard because they are MADE THAT WAY on purpose... 2. Our Politicians. Politics has never been any good to anyone EVER! These "public servants" are no different from any other weasel trying to climb the corporate ladder. Everyone wants a higher position. Everyone wants to be CEO i.e. the Presidency. The reason why "terrorist hate us" is because these weasels get in higher office and cowardly bomb countries they don't understand or respect. As a group, they are often times self-serving and pathetic. 3. Our Views on Education. It is no shock that everybody is getting dumber. If you read my blog, you've read my theory on the "Stupidity Virus". The cure is education, but education is the FIRST thing cut when it comes to budget. We complain about our children competing with the rest of the World, but if Johnny can't read, who can he compete with? But here's the kicker, other countries envy our education system because their systems are so poor and lacking teachers... except Asia, of course... 4. Our Justice System. Cops suck and Lawyers suck. It's not like it is on "Law & Order" or any other cop show. The reality is that sometimes the bad guys win. Cops complain about the "no snitching" thing but they have had their "code of silence" thing for dirty cops going for years. And Lawyers are like politicians because they just want a higher position. They just want to be Judges, either local or dare I say it, the Supreme Court. Ooooooh. 5. Our Food. If you've seen "Supersize Me" or "Fast Food Nation", you know as well as I do that our food is killing us. It is processed, contaminated, and as tasty as bad food is, it's not good for us. The fast food industry, the FDA, the big wigs that handle our water all know about this and--reoccurring theme--they don't care. Which makes me curious, what are they eating and drinking?... 6. Our Financial Institution. The Banks should have NEVER been bailed out. When companies are greedy and it backfires on them, they should fold! And if you were gonna bail them out, it should have been under the stipulation that they change their policies(i.e. foreclosing on everybody). Banks only care about fees, property and other rich people AND use your money while doing so. Greed is not good, and it doesn't work. This is why people "Occupy" everywhere. They are sick of being broke and mistreated...like me. 7. Our Medicines and its Pushers. Chris Rock was right when he said in stand-up "Doctors don't cure sh*t!" Come on, there are people with Polio and Whooping Cough right now. Seriously? And medicine is so expensive that the Elderly have to work crappy jobs to pay for it just so they are stay alive. What, you thought the 90-year-old dude likes greeting you at Walmart? Greed strikes again!! 8. Our Entertainment. Our Music, Television shows, and Movies are boring and stupid. There is no originality and apparently they aren't looking for it. Hollywood has run out of ideas and they have been rehashing old shows to no avail. The lameness will continue unless people stop watching and demand better from the Industry. We have the controls, literally... 9. Our Stupidity. I know I mentioned Education, but as stated previously, stupidity is the refusal to learn anything... ever. People complain that there is an invisible ceiling that is keeping them down, but that is only true when it comes to money. NOTHING is hindering us from learning things. Hell, I can learn how to do Open Heart Surgery online or with Library books in a week if I wanted to. There are no limits except the ones we put on ourselves... Contribute... 10. We are the World's biggest Bully! Look at us. We fit every criteria of a Bully. Mean, selfish, overweight, greedy and using our power and influence to put others down. We take what we want, we tell other cultures that their traditions are dumb, and we get threatened when other countries try to get wealthy and popular like us. Reality: 9/11 wasn't about jealousy, it's what happens when you push back on a bully and show them that you're not afraid anymore. But just like with any fight involving weapons, the innocent always get caught in the crossfire... Well, there it is. Think what you want. Believe what you want.
