Trayvon's Dead, people stupid, no justice...  I'm not gonna ramble on about racism or stupid cops or opportunistic Politicians--these are a given-- I want to talk about TRUTH and LAW. I give people reality when there is none. I give people truth when there is none. So here it is... The provable TRUTH about this incident is: 1. Trayvon was minding his own business and was on the phone. Fact: VISITING FAMILY, NEW TO AREA. 2. Zimmerman spotted him, assumed he was "up to no good" and called 911. Fact: OKAY, HE HAS THAT RIGHT. 3. Zimmerman leaves his car to follow, Operator said "we don't need you to do that". Fact: HE DID IT ANYWAY! 4. Trayvon on the phone with his female friend says that someone is following him. Fact: PHONE RECORDING... 5. Zimmerman confronts Trayvon who says "why are you following me?" Zimmerman says "what are you doing around here?" Trayvon's friend hears a scuffle immediately and the line goes dead. Fact: TRAYVON PHONE STILL RECORDING... 6. Several calls come in to 911 about a fight outside where Trayvon is yelling for "help". Fact: VARIOUS PHONE CALLS AND WITNESS ACCOUNTS WERE PLAYED IN THE MEDIA. 7. Single shot heard and Trayvon is dead. Fact: VARIOUS 911 CALLS RECORD HEARING THIS... Zimmerman claims self-defense, but that only applies if someone ELSE is the aggressor. He followed & confronted Trayvon. The moment he did that, he had no claim for self-defense. Zimmerman now claims "he went for my gun". Well, when did he see your gun?? The recording show that there was a scuffle almost immediate after verbal contact (see #5). Even if Trayvon did see the gun and go for it, DOESN'T HE HAVE THE RIGHT TO?! Some guy who's NOT A COP and is FOLLOWING YOU has a gun, don't you have the right to defend yourself and yell for help?? And as for the COPS, well, they suck... They didn't get witness accounts, they didn't get his gun, they didn't detain him even though cops themselves get detained after a shooting, they let him go home and wouldn't release the 911 recordings. THEY SUCK!!... There you have it, the TRUTH. No spin, no showboating like religious leaders, just truth. Will there be justice in my opinion... NO.
