Recently, a bunch of white people got into an uproar over white women being on the cover of Vanity Fair's New Hollywood issue. I know, weird, right?? Are they wanting Black people to get mad about this?
Black people don't read Vanity Fairand there's always been a shortage of young black actors in Hollywood. We don't care about this mag anymore than people care about Ebony, Jet, Sister2Sister, and XXL Magazine. Some people are just looking for conflict, especially the Media.
To be honest, if I said anything about this photo, it would be that it's blame, typical, boring and with no fashion scene whatsoever....kind of like Vanity Fair magazine.
______________
And speaking of Soulless, Cold and lacking Fashion...
"Ugly Betty" is being Cancelled!NOOOOOOO!!!!! I'm not ashamed to say that I loved this show and I'm as straight as they come, baby! The show was fresh and funny and the writing was brilliant. But, unfortunately, the show suffered lowered ratings because of the movearound game.
Networks kill me when they move a great show from timeslot to timeslot and then wonder why the ratings falter. Look at what happened with Jay Leno & Conan O'brien. That was a bad move all around!
Anyway, there are gonna be 4 more episodes (I think) after tonight's episode and then it's done. This sucks so bad! HOW am I gonna get to see Vanessa L. Williams' extra-fine self??... She makes my thingy quiver...
I forget how much a fan of "A-Team" and Liam Neeson I am, but this Trailer was a good reminder for me. Besides, there seems to be such slim-pickens of movies coming up, I think I'll give it a shot. "Iron Man 2" is only one movie, we gotta root for something else...
_____________
And speaking of which: "Death at a Funeral"...
Everybody and they Momma is in this movie! Which is why I can't wait to see it. It's a good mix of Black Hollywood's Popular Elite right now and the plot line isn't that bad either. Sure, it doesn't look like a Masterpiece, but then again what movie does? Other than "Avatar", of course...
Relationships: On to the next one, on to the Next One...
Relationship Rap:
No more arguing, on to the next one, no more fighting done, on to the next one, dealing with the hypocrites, on to the next one, no chicken heads talkin' sh*t, on to the next one,
crazy people try to make you have a heart attack, said you in love now you wish you could take back, makin' you feel like they can do better, well take yo a** since you's a go-getter,
Heavy on my heart, it feels like it weighs a ton, but breakin' these chains is really gonna be some fun, Imma be on top when I get my situation done, But as far as these stupid chicks, on the Next One...!
Sorry about the language, I just needed to vent...
In case you didn't hear already, Sony & Columbia Pictures have killed the Spiderman franchises quicker than Brett Ratner ("X-Men 3") and Joel Schumacher ("Batman&Robin") combined! Honestly, who ever heard of remaking a movie that is not even 10 years old!
"A decade ago we set out on this journey with Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire and together we made three 'Spider-Man' films that set a new bar for the genre. When we began, no one ever imagined that we would make history at the box-office and now we have a rare opportunity to make history once again with this franchise. Peter Parker as an ordinary young adult grappling with extraordinary powers has always been the foundation that has made this character so timeless and compelling for generations of fans. We're very excited about the creative possibilities that come from returning to Peter's roots and we look forward to working once again with Marvel Studios, Avi Arad and Laura Ziskin on this new beginning," said Amy Pascal, co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment.
"Working on the 'Spider-Man' movies was the experience of a lifetime for me. While we were looking forward to doing a fourth one together, the studio and Marvel have a unique opportunity to take the franchise in a new direction, and I know they will do a terrific job," said Sam Raimi.
Wow, did you read this love fest? Why doesn't everyone just say what's on their mind?!...
Amy Pascal: Hi everyone, after a long night of drugs, binge drinking, and unprotected sex, we decided to replace everybody and start all over ago. WOOO HOOOO!!...
Sam Raimi: I've spent the last 10 years of my life listening to stupid Studio Execs, whiny Actors, and even more whiny-er Fanboys and this if the f**king thanks I get! Go luck, Losers!!
I'm not "born again" or anything like that, I'm rejuvenated! I'm getting stronger than ever! Right now, if I were Ironman--and I am-- I'm at the stage of the picture above. I'm just starting out, I'm gonna fly around a little bit and get the feel of things and THEN make some awesome improvements.
This world tries to defeat you and tear you down leaving you to wonder why this is happening. This is how you know that evil exists, that Satan exists. All the things that happen are calculated and precise and meant to drive you crazy. And when you find out the Truth, it changes everything...
Sound familiar??...

"Our Family Wedding" looks interesting...
Normally, I would have been disgusted by the sight of Carlos Mencia, but I've let a lot of things go and realize that people aren't as bad as they seem... Except Oprah, that woman is crazy.
Anyway, I love America Ferrera and the entire cast ("run, Forest, run!") and I'd like to see where they go with this. Honestly, if they were smart, they would make it as twisted as "The Wedding Crashers" or something.
